Specialist - Digital Learning Platform

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a forward-thinking professional to lead the development and implementation of our Digital Learning Platform, specifically an AI-Native Learning Experience Platform. This role will focus on harnessing the capabilities of artificial intelligence to create personalized, engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. As part of our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, the successful candidate will work closely with various teams to integrate advanced technology into our learning framework, paving the way for innovative training solutions. Your expertise in digital learning and AI will be instrumental in transforming the way we approach education and skill development within Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Experience Management
• Oversee daily platform operations so users can easily find what they need and navigate smoothly.
• Set up and adjust the platform to make learning engaging and relevant, focusing on real growth.
• Manage access, roles, and content to keep the system organized for everyone.
• Keep guides and help materials updated so teams can use the platform confidently.
• Roll out updates and new features in a way that’s simple for employees to understand and use.
• Integration & Technical Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact for the LXP vendor, IT, SAP SuccessFactors, and AI teams.
• Keep data flows, APIs, automations, and integrations reliable and efficient.
• Work with Digital and AI teams to support personalized learning and smart recommendations.
• Content Governance & Quality
• Work with Learning Governance and Content teams to keep content high quality and in line with business goals.
• Help learning partners use the LXP well, from running campaigns to creating personalized learning paths.
• Make sure the platform features curated, role-based, and AI-powered learning experiences.
• Adoption, Insights & Continuous Improvement
• Track engagement and learning behaviors to guide improvements.
• Lead regular updates focused on making the platform easier and more personalized.
• Support training and campaigns to help everyone get more from digital learning.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning or instructional design, with a focus on AI applications.
• Proven track record of implementing successful learning management systems or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in learning environments.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience analyzing data to drive decisions and enhance user experiences.
