We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist / Consultant Family Medicine physician with UK CCT to provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary and family healthcare services. The physician will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients across different age groups, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management and continuity of care.
The role requires a patient-centred approach, strong clinical decision-making skills and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and professional practice in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary healthcare services.
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive healthcare, health screening and lifestyle counselling.
- Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD and cardiovascular risk factors.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Order and interpret relevant laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
- Perform appropriate outpatient procedures within approved clinical privileges.
- Identify urgent and emergency conditions and initiate appropriate management.
- Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when clinically indicated.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Promote patient education, health awareness and preventive medicine.
- Collaborate effectively with specialists, nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
- Maintain professional competence through continuing medical education and CPD.
- Comply with UAE healthcare regulations, facility policies and clinical governance standards.
- Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice / Family Medicine.
- Eligible for or holding a valid UAE Specialist / Consultant Family Medicine licence, subject to applicable health authority requirements.
- Relevant post-CCT clinical experience in Family Medicine / General Practice.
- Current professional registration and Good Standing Certificate.
- Primary Source Verification and credentialing documentation as required.
- Current BLS certification; additional certifications as required by the facility.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic and communication skills.
- Excellent patient-centred approach and professional communication.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical governance and patient safety.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Internationally trained doctors who meet the above qualifications and UAE licensing requirements are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- •Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- •UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice / Family Medicine
- •Eligible for or holding a valid UAE Specialist / Consultant Family Medicine licence
- •Relevant post-CCT clinical experience in Family Medicine / General Practice

- •Current BLS certification
