MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site stone installation works for luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Site Foreman with extensive UAE experience in marble and natural stone installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily site installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain (dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, and bespoke features).
- Ensure top-tier craftsmanship: precise jointing, alignment, book-matching, cutting, and finishing/polishing.
- Read and accurately interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans, and cut-lists.
- Manage site workers and subcontractors, enforcing strict project timelines and safety/HSE standards.
- Coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and project engineers on site.
- More than 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE.
- Previous experience working directly for a specialised Marble / Stone company.
- Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling, dry/wet fixing techniques, and chemical treatments.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of English (required for daily site coordination).

Requirements
- •More than 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE
- •Previous experience working directly for a specialised Marble / Stone company
- •Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling
- •Knowledge of dry/wet fixing techniques and chemical treatments
- •Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure
- •Good working knowledge of English
