Chain Reaction is seeking a talented Senior Videographer to create high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with client objectives and elevates brand storytelling. This role involves leading video projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with creative teams, and mentoring junior videographers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video production projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
• Operate professional cameras and equipment to capture visually compelling footage
• Edit and enhance footage to produce polished, engaging content across platforms
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and team members to bring concepts to life
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience preferred
• 4-5 years of experience as a Videographer and Editor, preferably in a production house or media channel
• Proficient in professional cameras, editing suites, and lighting equipment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about visual storytelling
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with governmental or public sector clientsBenefits
