Responsibilities:

• Perform complex cardiac surgical interventions including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other heart surgeries.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage preoperative planning and postoperative care to ensure optimal recovery for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care.
• Participate in clinical research and educational activities to advance the field of cardiac surgery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records adhering to regulatory standards.Requirements

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in General Surgery and fellowship training in Cardiac Surgery.
• Board certification in Cardiac Surgery is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of surgical experience in cardiac procedures.
• Proficient in latest cardiac surgical techniques and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with sound decision-making capabilities.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
