Consultant Cardiac Surgeon

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our hospitals . The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex cardiac surgeries. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures with precision and adherence to the highest standards.
• Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient management plans.
• Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and postoperative care.
• Participate in research activities, quality improvement programs, and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with institutional policies.
• Stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Cardiac Surgery.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a Cardiac Surgeon in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing complex cardiac surgical procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
