Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Control professional to join our team for a major port project in Kuwait.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and procedures
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules using advanced project management software
• Conduct regular project performance analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and government officials
• Lead and mentor junior project control team members
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders
Qualifications
• University Degree
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project control, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven expertise in using project management software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skill
• Experience in port construction projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in project control methodologies and construction management best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the project
