Senior Officer – Corporate Transformation
Corporate Development
• Develop, maintain and optimize GCAA business processes, in collaboration with all GCAA Business units
• Develop and update the Delegation of Authority DoA matrix
• Review and publish corporate policies and guidelines, in collaboration with all GCAA Business units
• Develop and maintain the interdepartmental Service Level Agreements ( in collaboration with the respective business units
• Review the requests by business units to establish committees to ensure no overlaps or conflicts of interest exist
• Operate continual improvement activities in accordance with best practices on all GCAA corporate documents, and support the continual corporate development through support the enhancement of the current systems and procedures
• Develop and maintain GCAA organization structure and ‘statement of functions, in collaboration with all GCAA Business units
• Ensure a proper change management plans development and ensure actions are in place for any corporate initiatives
• Review surveys to ensure the alignment with the concerned Business Unit roles and responsibilities and avoid overlaps and repetitions As well, follow up with concerned Business Units to ensure proper action taken for the survey results
• Review Job Descriptions to ensure alignment with the Business Unit roles and responsibilities and avoid overlaps
Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards
Reporting
• Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards
Other Tasks/ Accountability
• Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
Requirements
