Senior Mechanical Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Manager to join our team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Mechanical Professional Engineering License is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
