Role and Responsibilitie

Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing functions to achieve revenue growth, strengthen brand awareness, and expand market presence. This role ensures alignment between sales and marketing strategies while developing high-performing teams and building strong relationships with key customers and business partners. with Cosmetics industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing strategy.

• Establish departmental objectives aligned with company goals.

• Identify new market opportunities and business growth initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.

• Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or assignments related to this job, as assigned by the Company's Management, whether specifically listed above, provided such duties are reasonably related to the position.

Sales Management

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans.

• Support the team in acquiring new customers and closing strategic deals.

• Build relationships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.

• Review of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Marketing Management

• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.

• Supervise digital marketing, social media, SEO, events, and promotional activities.

• Evaluate marketing performance and campaign ROI.

Team Leadership

• Manage, coach, and mentor the Sales Coordinator and Marketing team.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

• Foster collaboration between sales and marketing departments.

• Promote a positive, results-driven working environment.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly performance reports.

• Present sales, marketing, and business development updates to senior management.

• Recommend improvements to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or assignments related to Human Resources/ Corporate Services, as assigned by the Company's Management, whether specifically listed above, provided such duties are reasonably related to the position
