You will be responsible for leading multiple, medium to large scale, strategic or complex development projects from inception to completion. Collaborate and coordinate with multi-disciplinary internal and external consultants, and stakeholders to achieve the required project outcomes.
The Senior Development Manager will provide support and delivery expertise in real estate developments across a broad spectrum of sectors including (but not exclusively) Industrial, Residential, Commercial Office, Retail & Hospitality. As well as Master Planning, Infrastructure, landscaping and Public Realm.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end development process of assigned real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. The role involves managing feasibility studies, securing approvals, coordinating design, monitoring construction, and engaging with stakeholders to maximize project value.
Requirements
- •Experience in leading medium to large scale strategic development projects
- •Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary internal and external consultants
- •Expertise in real estate developments (Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality)
- •Knowledge of Master Planning, Infrastructure, landscaping, and Public Realm
- •Ability to manage feasibility studies and secure approvals
- •Experience in monitoring construction and coordinating design
