• Lead daily underwriting and approvals for Hala Financing.
• Experience working with SME's.
• Develop and maintain credit policies, underwriting standards, and risk appetite frameworks.
• Oversee credit decision-making for high-ticket and exception cases across lending portfolios.
• Monitor portfolio health and risk trends, leveraging data insights to propose adjustments to risk strategy.
• Assist in developing credit scoring models and collaborate with data teams to refine predictive risk indicators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SAMA), and prepare reports for regulatory reviews or audits.
• Propose and implement early warning systems to mitigate potential delinquencies and losses.
• Support in defining the collections strategy in partnership with Product team.
