Senior Commercial Manager - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager (EOI) with expertise in managing mixed-use development projects. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience, capable of overseeing all commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contract management, procurement strategies, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success within a complex mixed-use environment. You will work collaboratively across departments while representing JASARA PMC's commitment to excellence and innovation in program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
• Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies in large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
