Job Description
This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a
valid family book.
Join AECOM's 2026 Graduate Program
• Review and comment on architectural shop drawings, materials, and method statements for compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Support responses to RFIs/technical queries and assist with site instructions and non-conformance follow-up under senior oversight.
• Conduct routine site inspections, track workmanship and finishes quality, and contribute to snagging/de‑snagging and as‑built verification.
• Coordinate interfaces with structure/MEP for details, tolerances, and sequencing; support BIM clash resolution and on-site mock-ups.
• Monitor progress against architectural deliverables; maintain logs, redlines, and records; prepare concise daily/weekly reports with photographs.
• Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and consultants; document decisions, risks, and action items.
• Uphold safety and sustainability requirements; promote adherence to project HSE procedures and authority standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University
2. Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
4. As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only
UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role
