As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both identifying and building new client relationships, in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
In this role, you will:
⢠Lead the way in the team in identifying new clients through effective networking, competitor and government registration sites.
⢠Sign up new and older (expired or cancelled) real estate accounts that are not currently subscribed to a Bayut and dubizzle property corporate account.
⢠Ensure clientsā full advertising commitment to both Bayut and dubizzle and its competitors is well documented at the time of signing contracts.
⢠Partner effectively with Sales Support to ensure efficient completion of client onboarding processes. Ensure all necessary documentation is made available to Sales Support prior to submission of signed contracts.
⢠Ensure all new clients are trained in maximising the tools they have signed up for in a timely manner, and that all clients attend the Bayut and dubizzle onboarding training programme necessary for their optimal and successful utilisation of our services.
⢠Consistently and continuously monitor the client's health and quality metrics, ensuring they are in line with managementās expectations and to ensure efficient use of service and no malpractice.
⢠Communicate effectively to manage clientsā expectations to ensure they receive a great service.
⢠Meet or exceed performance targets stipulated by your line manager.
⢠Keep up to date with property laws and local real estate development news.
⢠Regularly update the reporting dashboard to track all sales activities.Requirements
⢠A minimum of secondary education. A bachelorās degree is preferred.
⢠Valid UAE licence required.
⢠Requires 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with 3 years in a related field
⢠Strong knowledge of sales processes and competence displayed in sales scenarios without guidance.
⢠Solid understanding of the business, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understanding.
⢠Ability to handle client objections confidently and identify real objections.
⢠Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
⢠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
⢠Flexibility to learn new products over time.
⢠Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.

Requirements
- ā¢Minimum secondary education, bachelor's degree preferred
- ā¢Valid UAE driver's license
