The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Leader to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the UAE market. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a sales team to consistently achieve targets while maintaining a competitive and innovative edge in the market.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and passionate about building strong customer relationships while empowering their team to perform at their best.

What Will You Do❓

• Achieve revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective team leadership.
• Lead the team to deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Utilize existing network in supporting the sales team in acquiring enterprise-level customers.
• Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay informed on competitor activities and product developments.
• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance insights to management.
• Hold team members accountable for performance, mindset, and alignment with company standards.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and continuously develop sales representatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans where needed.What Are We Looking For❓

• Strong experience in F&B, Foodtech, B2B sales environments for a minimum of 5 years.
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the UAE market for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
