About the Role

We're hiring our first dedicated Sales Executive to drive Bozy's growth across the UAE and wider GCC region. You'll be selling directly to trading firms, energy desks, and commodity houses — a B2B, relationship-driven sales motion where credibility and domain fluency matter more than a script. You'll work closely with our founders (who are practicing senior commodity traders) and product team to turn market relationships into paying customers.

This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll help define the sales playbook, pricing conversations, and early customer relationships as Bozy moves toward a subscription-based commercial model.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with commodity and energy trading firms across the UAE and GCC
• Run product demos and discovery calls with senior traders, desk heads, and risk managers
• Understand each prospect's workflow (curve management, risk reporting, news intelligence) and map Bozy's capabilities to their pain points
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract negotiation and close
• Work with leadership to structure custom pricing, contract terms, and invoicing arrangements for enterprise clients
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in the CRM
• Represent Bozy at industry events, trading conferences, and broker/desk meetups in the region
• Feed market and customer feedback back to product and design teams
• Support onboarding handoff for new clients in coordination with the product team

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling software or data/analytics products into financial or trading firms
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
• Strong understanding of (or genuine willingness to quickly learn) commodity trading workflows — traders will test your fluency early
• Track record of closing enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior, time-pressed professionals
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable building process in a fast-moving startup with limited existing playbook
• Fluent English required; Arabic a plus
