Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in direct real estate sales, working with reputed real estate developers. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, finance, and legal to ensure smooth booking and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience with a real estate developer is required.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and customer lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
