Job Responsibility:
The Employee Banking Relationship Manager will work as part of the Employee Banking Team with the specific focus on bulk sourcing of individual customers by adding new and managing existing Wholesales Banking Group [WBG] and Business Banking [BUB] client payroll relationships and meeting their retail banking requirements.
Employee Banking RM will be conversant with the full range of Retail Banking products and services, including basic banking products and services, lending products, financial advisory on wealth and bancassurance. Also able to discuss Priority Banking offering to potential clients.
The Employee Banking RM will coordinate the sales efforts with the Employee Banking Fulfillment Team and also liaise with entire distribution network to drive the business and will be responsible for delivering targets of following unique and specific KPIs, to strengthen overall PSB profitability.
• Growth in number of payroll companies
• New company vs. existing company client sourcing enrollment mix
• Penetration in WBG and BUB customers [salary transfer and by product penetration targets over lifecycle]
• KAM profile/template development and management for identified ONE bank target list [with WBG]
• Improve ratio of Priority Banking and Advantage Banking customers
• Net New Money & Asset Cross-sell Revenue from payroll customers
In addition, the candidate will support the Head of Employee Banking Program in;
• Implementation of new strategies and update on Competition.
• Coaching and guiding the new RMs and ARMs to become more productive.
• Increase penetration in MNC and Government organizations.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor graduate
• UAE National with up to 3 years of experience in RM role
