Job Description

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, friendly, and professional approach towards guests.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to welcome, register, and assist guests promptly and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and outlets.
• Ability to handle guest requests and special arrangements effectively.
• Experience or knowledge of room reservations and registration procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when handling guest information and payments.
• Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
• Result-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates a strong “Yes I Can!” attitude and commitment to Radisson Hotel Group’s Responsible Business principles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and hotel operations.
• Professional, polished, and confident personality with excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest complaints professionally.
• Good knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets, promotions, and local attractions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural 5-star hotel environment.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong “Yes I Can!” attitude.
