Make your next career step a giant leap. We’re searching for a Quality Manager to lead our guest experience, brand compliance and continuous improvement efforts, helping our teams consistently deliver exceptional luxury experiences and meet IHG quality standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
• Analysing guest feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience
- Conducting service and brand standards audits and driving corrective actions across departments
- Coaching and supporting teams to strengthen service standards and build a culture of continuous improvement
- Working closely with department leaders to ensure SOPs and processes meet IHG brand and quality expectations
- Supporting hotel teams in preparing for annual quality evaluation audits
- Partnering with Learning & Development to address quality gaps through relevant training and coaching
What We need from you:
• 3–5 years’ experience in a quality, brand compliance, or guest experience role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality environments.
• Resort experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and performance metrics.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Quality Management are an advantage.
