Project Director - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Project Director. This key role is essential for leading our railway infrastructure projects and ensuring that we deliver on our commitment to excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency.

The Project Director will be responsible for the overall management and execution of rail projects, overseeing all aspects including planning, design, construction, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in rail project management, a deep understanding of railway systems, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

As a leader in our organization, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of professionals, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Your strategic vision and ability to manage risks will be crucial in driving project success and fostering a culture of collaborative teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 25 years of experience in project management, with a focus on railway or transportation projects for 15 years.
• Proven experience managing all phases of large-scale infrastructure projects, from feasibility to delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of rail system design, construction practices, and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within a modular and collaborative project environment.
• Knowledge of regional railway standards and practices, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, is an advantage.Benefits
