Job Summary
The Project Analyst supports the CPO/PMO by preparing high-quality analysis, presentations, and management-ready documentation across the construction, real estate, and Data Centre project portfolio. The role is central to converting raw project data into clear, decision-ready outputs for senior management review and approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare clean, filtered, and well-structured presentations covering project status, performance, and data center initiatives for management and executive review
- Conduct data analysis and compile reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline recurring analysis and reporting workflows
- Review, summarize, and quality-check Internal Office Memos (IOMs), Memos, Requests for Approval (RFAs), Purchase Orders (POs), and similar documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission for management approval
- Consolidate multi-source project data (schedules, costs, technical updates) into concise dashboards and executive summaries
- Track and follow up on outstanding approvals, action items, and documentation across project stakeholders (Strong Follow up / communication skills)
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs for reporting and analysis
- Maintain document version control and ensure consistency in formatting/branding across deliverables
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Senior Manager
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering (Arch, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline) — mandatory
- Preferred: Additional exposure to Real Estate development or Data Centre development (design, construction, or operations)
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, project controls/planning, or project analyst role, ideally within construction, real estate, or data center/infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated experience preparing management-level presentations and reports
- Experience reviewing and summarizing formal business documents (memos, approval requests, POs) is a strong plus
- Prior exposure to large-scale developer or contractor environments preferred
Required Skills
- Must Have Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) / PPT skills.
- Power BI (dashboard building )
- Strong written English — able to summarize complex information clearly and concisely
- Working familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for analysis/report acceleration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables under tight deadlines
- Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills
