Programme Director - (EOI)

JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from highly experienced Programme Directors with expertise in mixed-use developments. This role requires a visionary leader to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale mixed-use programmes, comprising residential, commercial, retail, and community spaces. The Programme Director will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of mixed-use development programmes, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet programme goals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market demands.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, sustainability principles, and quality standards.
• Monitor programme performance through KPIs, financial oversight, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and present programme status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in programme management practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and community stakeholders.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 25 years of extensive experience in programme and project management, with a focus on mixed-use development projects.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale mixed-use programmes successfully.
• Strong understanding of planning, design, construction, and operational aspects of mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and financial controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are advantageous.
