Programme Controls Director - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Programme Controls Director - Mixed-use, with 20 years of experience. As a pivotal part of our commitment to delivering world-class Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030, this leadership role will focus on managing and overseeing programme controls for mixed-use developments. You will lead the design, implementation, and management of programme controls processes to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive programme control frameworks specific to mixed-use developments.
• Oversee scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and performance reporting for large-scale programmes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of programme objectives and control measures.
• Lead the identification, analysis, and mitigation of programme risks to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and present detailed programme performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in programme control methodologies and tools.
• Mentor and guide project and programme controls teams to enhance capabilities and ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; relevant advanced qualifications are a plus.
• At least 20 years of progressive experience in programme/project controls, preferably within mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in programme controls methodologies, tools, and software, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.Benefits
