Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Formulate and implement commercial strategies tailored to mixed-use projects that align with JASARA's vision.
ā¢ Lead all commercial activities encompassing bidding, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
ā¢ Drive business development initiatives to expand project portfolios and market presence.
ā¢ Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation.
ā¢ Oversee commercial team performance, mentoring staff to optimize outcomes.
ā¢ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
ā¢ Minimum of 20 yearsā experience in commercial leadership roles, specifically within mixed-use developments or relevant sectors.
ā¢ Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and business development.
ā¢ Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing commercial teams.
ā¢ Comprehensive understanding of the Middle East construction and development market.
ā¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is preferred. Benefits
