About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedProduct Marketing Managerto lead the marketing strategy for theWorld Future Energy Summit. In this role, you will drive audience growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and event attendance through data-driven marketing campaigns. Working closely with sales, partners, and key stakeholders, you will deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support the continued growth and success of this flagship event.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver insight-led marketing plans aligned with portfolio and business objectives.

• Use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.

• Drive audience growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and event attendance through integrated marketing campaigns.

• Partner closely with Sales and key stakeholders to align messaging and commercial goals.

• Manage agencies, marketing budgets, and campaign performance to maximise ROI.

• Build strong relationships with industry partners, associations, media, and strategic stakeholders.

• Represent the brand at events and industry forums as the marketing lead.

• Lead projects and initiatives that support long-term portfolio growth and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Event Marketing, or B2B Marketing.

• Strong ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to drive marketing decisions and measure success.

• Experience in lead generation, audience growth, and customer acquisition.

• Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns, agencies, and budgets.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Commercially minded with the ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience within B2B events, exhibitions, or international events would be an advantage.
