Job Summary
The Operations Manager (Warehouse) is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations within a high-volume FMCG distribution environment, ensuring efficient execution of inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while maintaining high standards of productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth material flow and full adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and safety standards. Monitor and analyze key warehouse KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, picking accuracy, OTIF, dock-to-stock time, and overall productivity, taking corrective actions when needed.

Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and support employee development to maintain a high-performing team.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean warehouse practices to improve efficiency. Enhance picking strategies such as batch, wave, and zone picking, and support the effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
