Qiddiya Investment Company is inviting experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as Director - Procurement for Transport DMO. This pivotal role focuses on leading the procurement operations within the Transport Department, ensuring strategic sourcing and procurement activities align with the company’s vision for developing a world-class entertainment destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies specifically for Transport DMO projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetary requirements.
• Lead the procurement team in managing sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management for transport-related needs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to accurately capture procurement requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
• Identify market trends and emerging transport technologies to incorporate innovation and best practices in procurement.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies, mitigating risk effectively.
• Prepare and present procurement reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop procurement team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10 + years of experience in procurement and commercial management, with a focus on transportation or large scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success establishing procurement teams
• Proven experience in handling complex procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations and governance frameworks, especially within the transportation sector in Saudi Arabia.Benefits
