Role Summary:
The Operations and Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in overseeing the operational integrity and compliance of various projects across multiple regions. This position is pivotal in ensuring that all activities align with Applus+’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and manage all NCRs to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders, including branch representatives and contractors, to discuss project progress and address concerns.
• Perform regular audits of contracts and prepare necessary reports to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Evaluate and review project programs to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Address and resolve administrative disputes to maintain project continuity and efficiency.
• Escalate any issues to the Resident Engineer when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure that contractors comply with safety requirements, escalating any violations as needed.
• Oversee patrol activities focusing on cleanliness, safety inspections, and adherence to specifications and qualifications.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in operations and maintenance roles. Experience in road projects is preferred.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory
