Receives pick slips from Oracle (MOH)

• Check/review Pick-slip and assign labor for each pick-slip for each step of the operations including Picking, checking, Sticker Pasting, Packing, palletizing and loading of goods against ASN for MOH:

Picking & Checking: Supervise picking and activity and ensure all orders are accurately picked and checked by the staff responsible

Sticker Pasting: Ensure MOH stickers are pasted on each product according to the customer requirements mentioned in order details

Packing: Ensure the correct use of packing materials (ie: cartons, Gel-ice, iceblock, dry ice or other packing materials) to avoid damage or temperature excursions during the operations or in-transit

Labeling: Assign staff for labeling and document preparation of prepared orders and ensure readiness for handling and dispatch

• Close all physically completed orders in Oracle

• Troubleshoot problems during picking and escalate to supervisor for inventory discrepancy, damage or shortage during picking

• Report and update in case of damages or losses during order preparation and dispatching

• Report & update temperature excursions during picking and packing process

• Train and coach new and existing staff on procedures, standards and Work instructions

• Record and maintain Productivity sheet for each activity including picking, Packing, staging, loading and other movement across the warehouse

• Ensuring Safety & 5S standards are followed on shop floor
