Master Works is seeking a Microsoft Exchange On-Premises, Expert to administer, operate, maintain, secure, and optimize the organization’s on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment, ensuring reliable and secure enterprise email services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, configure, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server On-Premises environments.
- Manage Exchange databases, mailboxes, distribution groups, resource mailboxes, quotas, retention, journaling, and archiving.
- Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, SMTP connectors, transport rules, relay services, and email domains.
- Manage Exchange DAG, high availability, backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Monitor Exchange server health, databases, queues, storage, capacity, and performance.
- Manage Exchange integration with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
- Manage Exchange certificates, TLS, secure mail communication, RBAC, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Integrate Exchange with secure email gateways, anti-spam, anti-malware, and email security platforms.
- Perform security hardening, vulnerability remediation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Use Exchange Management Shell and PowerShell for administration, automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Develop scripts for mailbox management, health checks, reporting, and operational automation.
- Participate in Exchange migration, upgrade, and infrastructure refresh projects.
- Provide Level 3 support and coordinate with Microsoft support and third-party vendors.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant infrastructure or messaging experience.
- Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on Microsoft Exchange Server administration experience.
- Strong experience with enterprise-scale and multi-site Exchange environments, including Exchange DAG across multiple data centers.
- Strong experience in Exchange migration, upgrades, backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and security hardening.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, SMTP, TLS, Windows Server, mail routing, and Outlook connectivity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Management Shell, PowerShell, Exchange RBAC, and Exchange mailbox databases.
- Experience with secure email gateways, anti-spam, anti-malware, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience with enterprise backup platforms and ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management.
- Strong competencies in advanced troubleshooting, Exchange architecture and administration, high availability, disaster recovery, security hardening, root cause analysis, PowerShell automation, capacity planning, technical documentation, and vendor coordination.Job Location: Client Site
Requirements
