Job Description:
We are looking for a Media Manager to lead day-to-day media planning and campaign delivery across key client accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-channel media knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn business objectives into effective media plans. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage the full planning and execution cycle, and ensure campaigns are delivered with precision, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead media planning across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategy.
• Develop annual and quarterly media plans, including budget allocation, channel mix, and audience strategies.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from briefing and activation to optimization and reporting.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with creative, performance, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
• Analyze campaign data and research sources to generate insights and inform future planning.
• Prepare and present media plans, rationales, and performance reports to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a day-to-day point of contact for all media-related queries.
• Supervise and guide junior planners to support their development and ensure operational excellence.
• Stay updated on market trends, new media opportunities, and platform developments.
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in media planning and campaign management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cross-channel media including digital, social, OOH, and TV.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience with media planning tools, measurement platforms, and industry research sources.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-management capabilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
