About the role

GSK is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the launch and commercial growth of our hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Oncology cross-functional team, contributing to brand strategy, customer experience, market access, and integrated commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare for new hematology product launches in Saudi Arabia, collaborating with local, regional and global teams to translate strategy into operational plans.
  • Act as a strong team player and role model within the Oncology cross-functional team; provide coaching, give and receive feedback to support continuous team development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with oncology key opinion leaders; ensure delivery of high-quality customer engagement.
  • Co-create brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns aligned with local regulations and GSK standards.
  • Deliver peer-to-peer (P2P) educational programs to ensure clear brand messaging and understanding of appropriate patient profiles.
  • Develop and execute access and reimbursement plans; engage with stakeholders to support patient access to therapies in line with local regulations and GSK policy.
  • Manage GSK sponsorships for local congresses and collaborate with healthcare societies to build oncology advocacy and corporate reputation.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to a 2–4-year growth vision.
  • Spend approximately 50% of time in the field to engage customers and support the sales team, gathering market insights and ensuring alignment of commercial activities.
  • Ensure resources are allocated according to agreed priorities and coordinate end-to-end brand management at the customer level.Basic qualifications
  • Saudi National.
  • Valid SCFHS registration/card.
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven performance record.
  • Current or prior experience in Oncology/Hematology.Preferred qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and to build external stakeholder relationships.Work Environment
Hybrid field-and-office role. Expect to spend approximately 50% of your time in the field meeting healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team and gathering market insights; the remainder of the time will be office- or home-based for planning, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration. Travel within Saudi Arabia is required. Based in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

تسعى GSK إلى توظيف مدير/ة تسويق ذو/ذات خبرة لدعم إطلاق والنمو التجاري لمحفظة أمراض الدم في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح/ة الناجح/ة عضوًا رئيسيًا في فريق الأورام متعدد الوظائف، مسهمًا/مسهمة في استراتيجية العلامة التجارية وتجربة العملاء والوصول إلى السوق والتنفيذ التجاري المتكامل.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • الاستعداد لإطلاق منتجات جديدة في مجال أمراض الدم في المملكة العربية السعودية، من خلال التعاون مع الفرق المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية لتحويل الاستراتيجية إلى خطط تشغيلية فعّالة.
  • العمل كعضو فريق قوي ونموذج يُحتذى به ضمن فريق الأورام متعدد الوظائف؛ وتقديم التدريب، وتبادل وتلقي التغذية الراجعة لدعم التطوير المستمر للفريق.
  • إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع خبراء الأورام الرئيسيين (Key Opinion Leaders)؛ وضمان تقديم تفاعل عالي الجودة مع العملاء.
  • المساهمة في وضع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية وحملات تسويق متكاملة بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة واللوائح المحلية ومعايير GSK.
  • تقديم برامج تعليمية من نظير إلى نظير (P2P) لضمان وضوح رسائل العلامة التجارية وفهم الفئات المناسبة من المرضى.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الوصول للسوق والتسعير/التعويض؛ والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لدعم وصول المرضى للعلاجات بما يتماشى مع الأنظمة المحلية وسياسات GSK.
  • إدارة رعايات GSK للمؤتمرات المحلية والتعاون مع الجمعيات العلمية والطبية لبناء الدعوة لقضايا الأورام وتعزيز سمعة الشركة المؤسسية.
  • تحديد الفرص التجارية والمساهمة في صياغة رؤية نمو تمتد من 2 إلى 4 سنوات.
  • قضاء ما يقارب 50% من الوقت في الميدان للتفاعل مع العملاء ودعم فريق المبيعات وجمع رؤى السوق وضمان مواءمة الأنشطة التجارية.
  • ضمان تخصيص الموارد وفقًا للأولويات المتفق عليها، وتنسيق إدارة العلامة التجارية من البداية إلى النهاية على مستوى العملاء.المؤهلات الأساسية
  • سعودي/ة الجنسية.
  • تسجيل/بطاقة سارية لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صناعة الأدوية مع سجل مثبت في تحقيق الأداء.
  • خبرة حالية أو سابقة في مجال الأورام/أمراض الدم.المؤهلات المفضلة
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • مهارات تنفيذ قوية مع القدرة على تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف ضمن جداول زمنية ضيقة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على العمل التعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة الوظائف وبناء علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.بيئة العمل

دور يجمع بين العمل الميداني والمكتبي (نمط هجين). من المتوقع قضاء ما يقارب 50% من الوقت في الميدان للقاء مقدمي الرعاية الصحية ودعم فريق المبيعات وجمع رؤى السوق؛ بينما يُقضى ما تبقى من الوقت في المكتب أو العمل من المنزل لأغراض التخطيط والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتعاون متعدد الوظائف. يتطلب الدور السفر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، ويكون مقر الوظيفة في الرياض أو جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
