Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and roll-out of operational readiness plans that meet the strategic objectives of Qiddiya.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams and senior management, to ensure all operational aspects are comprehensively addressed before project launches.
• Conduct operational readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and resolve potential areas of concern.
• Design and implement robust training programs to equip personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful operations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
• Develop strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks that could hinder project success.
• Promote a culture of excellence and customer service, ensuring that operational readiness translates into exceptional guest experiences. Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields; a master’s degree is preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in operational management or readiness, with a strong background in the entertainment or tourism industry.
· Demonstrated success in developing and executing operational strategies that drive efficiency.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges.
· Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
· Experience in creating and implementing training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
· Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapted to a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with the local context and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
