Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Manager - Operational Readiness. In this key position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our operations are fully prepared and capable of supporting the launch of our extraordinary entertainment projects. Your mission will involve developing operational readiness frameworks, facilitating inter-departmental collaboration, and ensuring a smooth transition from project execution to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead the development and roll-out of operational readiness plans that meet the strategic objectives of Qiddiya.
⢠Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams and senior management, to ensure all operational aspects are comprehensively addressed before project launches.
⢠Conduct operational readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and resolve potential areas of concern.
⢠Design and implement robust training programs to equip personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful operations.
⢠Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
⢠Develop strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks that could hinder project success.
⢠Promote a culture of excellence and customer service, ensuring that operational readiness translates into exceptional guest experiences. Requirements
Ā· Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields; a masterās degree is preferred.
Ā· 5+ years of experience in operational management or readiness, with a strong background in the entertainment or tourism industry.
Ā· Demonstrated success in developing and executing operational strategies that drive efficiency.
Ā· Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Ā· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges.
Ā· Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Ā· Experience in creating and implementing training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Ā· Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapted to a fast-paced environment.
Ā· Familiarity with the local context and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
