Roles & Responsibilities
ā¢ Implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies for products and systems, and ensure the application of quality standards.
ā¢ Align solution and product development processes with policies, procedures, and standards throughout the lifecycle of systems and applications.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with product and project development procedures across all methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, from analysis through release.
ā¢ Review different business functions to support and enhance quality assurance strategies.
ā¢ Coordinate with business analysts, developers, system testers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
ā¢ Conduct audits and review activities to identify potential issues and ensure end-to-end quality.
ā¢ Prepare quality output reports for stakeholders and ensure all processes and products comply with defined standards.
ā¢ Perform any additional tasks as assigned.Requirements
Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
Masterās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
Preferred professional certifications: Six Sigma, CSM (Scrum/CSM), ITIL, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000-1.
