Awtad, a renowned real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for various commercial and residential properties. Your role will involve coordinating lease agreements, maintaining positive relationships with tenants, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial part in maximizing occupancy rates and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full leasing cycle from marketing units through to contract signing and handover.
• Marketing properties across various channels (online platforms, brokers, and exhibitions) in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
• Handling client interactions, including inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and lease contract execution.
• Monitoring contracts, renewals, and rent collection in coordination with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
• Preparing periodic reports, updating leasing data systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Leasing Specialist or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
• Knowledge of leasing regulations, contracts, and property management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Etimad platform and its procedures.
