CLEAR is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise architectural drawings and plans based on design specifications, assisting architects, engineers, and designers in bringing their projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret designs and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project teams and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation related to architectural projects.
• Stay current with advancements in drafting technology and software tools.Requirements

Educational Background

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field.

Professional Experience

• 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting or related role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
