Operate and monitor KUKA robotic arms to ensure efficient and continuous production.
Set up and adjust robot parameters according to production requirements.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with required specifications and standards.
Identify operational issues and robot faults, and coordinate with the Maintenance Team when required.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure the proper condition of mechanical and electrical components.
Monitor and operate automation and control systems associated with the production line.
Monitor sensors, motors, PLC systems, and other electrical and control components related to the robotic system.
Record production data, robot performance, and operational issues.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Previous experience in operating industrial production machinery; direct KUKA robotic arm experience is highly preferred.
Proven experience in operating and programming industrial robots and automation systems.
Good knowledge of Automation, PLC, and SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical machine systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, operating manuals, and machine instructions.
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and meet production and quality targets.
Strong commitment to HSE, quality standards, and safe operating procedures.
Requirements
- •Previous experience in operating industrial production machinery
- •Direct KUKA robotic arm experience highly preferred
