The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children participating in the Kids For All Seasons program. This role involves supervising activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and delivering memorable experiences that reflect Four Seasons service standards.Job Description

• Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis.

• React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.

• Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the hotel and SPA.

• Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building.

• Adhere to all corporate core standards in execution of programming.

• Ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment and toys.

• Assist in handling guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Management well-informed of action and follow-up

• Provide personalized service for all VIP’s and KFAS guests on a daily basis.

• Participate fully in all departmental training as outlined by Management. Fill in any gaps in skills and knowledge.

• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff.

• Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services. Supervise on-floor operations and staff during shift.

• Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Process orders or transactions from customers and collect payment as necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, recreation, or related environment preferred.

• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Energetic, patient, caring, and responsible personality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Strong attention to safety and child welfare.
