Investment Advisor - Off-Plan

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Investment Advisor to join our Dubai team, with a strong interest in the off-plan and investment property market.

The role involves advising clients and investors on suitable Dubai property opportunities, understanding investment objectives, presenting projects, and managing transactions from initial consultation through to completion.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property investment, or luxury sales
• Previous Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred
• Experience with off-plan property sales or investment advisory
• Strong understanding of Dubai's property investment market
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse client requirements and recommend suitable opportunities
• Valid UAE driving license
• Dubai-based candidates strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a sales team
