Ontime Group is urgently seeking an Immediate Joiner for the position of Receptionist at our clinic in Dubai. This role requires an organized and friendly individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and oversee the clinic’s appointment calendar
• Provide accurate information regarding clinic services and procedures to clients
• Assist with the patient check-in process, including completing necessary forms and maintaining patient records
• Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting
• Handle payment processing and manage billing inquiries as needed
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient flow
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a medical clinic or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Experience with appointment scheduling and managing clinic calendars
• Proficient in using office software and electronic health records systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
