We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Logistics to join our team and partner with our Logistics leadership in delivering a progressive people strategy that supports operational excellence, workforce capability and sustainable business growth.
About The Role
As HR Business Partner – Logistics, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while maintaining a strong and visible HR presence across our operational sites.
You will translate business priorities and growth plans into practical people initiatives, using workforce data and operational insights to identify emerging trends, manage people risks and develop solutions that improve engagement, retention, productivity and performance.
This is a hands-on business partnering role suited to an HR professional who understands the pace and complexity of logistics, supply chain, warehousing or other large-scale operational environments.
Requirements
- •Experience in HR Business Partnering
- •Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or warehousing environments
- •Ability to translate business priorities into people initiatives
- •Experience with workforce data and operational insights
- •Ability to manage people risks
- •Strong presence across operational sites
