We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented, and reliable Housing Attendant – Staff Accommodation to help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment for our team members while supporting the Human Resources department in delivering an exceptional colleague experience.
A little taste of your day-to-day
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of staff accommodation facilities.
- Assist with colleague accommodation check-in, room allocation, inspections, and check-out.
- Respond promptly and professionally to accommodation requests and maintenance concerns.
- Support the Human Resources team with colleague engagement activities, onboarding, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure accommodation standards are maintained.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and environmental practices.
- Assist with general HR administrative and operational duties as required.
What do we need from you?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, staff accommodation, facilities, or Human Resources support is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
