The Role

We are hiring our Head of Cross Asset Strategy, a newly created leadership role sitting at the centre of our next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to work with the best of both our CFD and Crypto teams and shape the product strategy that brings them together.

Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you'll work alongside our senior leaders across CFD and Crypto and reach into product, marketing, legal and our commercial teams in market. It's a hands on role with a lot of autonomy to shape and drive the agenda, calling for the analysis, commercial judgement and frameworks that help a fast moving global business make big calls with confidence. You'll also set the frameworks our regional teams work from, giving them a consistent way to weigh up opportunities in their own markets.

This role suits someone with excellent strategic judgement who can bring senior teams along on the strength of their thinking, and who wants to see their strategy through to delivery.

As our Head of Cross Asset Strategy, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Developing and driving our global growth strategy alongside senior leaders, and maintaining a live roadmap that shows where the business is tracking and what needs attention
• Owning the cross asset proposition agenda, designing the products, journeys and commercial structures that combine CFD and Crypto into an offer clients cannot get elsewhere
• Working with commercial leaders and our in market teams to identify and activate the highest value growth opportunities, so local insight shapes global strategy
• Partnering with commercial leadership to unlock more value from our existing client base across Crypto and CFD
• Connecting commercial ambition to product execution, advocating for commercially led priorities on the roadmap and turning approved opportunities into initiatives teams can deliver
• Lead the strategic assessment, planning and cross-functional execution of country and market expansion opportunities
• Leading the development of rigorous business cases for major growth initiatives with clear financial modelling, risk assessment and strategic rationale, and maintain a prioritisation framework
• Driving a culture of commercial rigour and innovation across the business – setting a high bar for the quality of strategic thinking, business case development and growth execution.
About you

• 8+ years in senior commercial, growth strategy or product leadership across crypto, fintech, trading or regulated financial services, working at a global or multi market level
• Deep knowledge of the global crypto and digital asset ecosystem, including exchange dynamics, product economics, institutional markets and the regulatory picture
• A track record of building and delivering growth strategies globally, spanning new product launches, market expansion and senior level business cases backed by solid financial modelling
• A strong grasp of pricing strategy and monetisation in digital asset or financial services businesses
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and compliance, carrying authority without relying on reporting lines
• Highly analytical, comfortable turning market and commercial insight into clear strategic action
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a talent for distilling complexity into something senior leaders can act on
• A self starter who thrives in fast paced, build from scratch environments and is comfortable with ambiguityWhy you will enjoy working with us
