About the Opportunity

The Head of Growth – UAE owns end-to-end growth for OKX’s UAE entity, accountable for user acquisition, activation, retention, AUM, and revenue growth across all channels.

This role is not execution-only. It is a P&L-oriented growth leadership role combining strategy, experimentation, channel ownership, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder management within a regulated market.

The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, BD, VIP, and Global Growth teams, while leading local growth execution to make OKX the default crypto platform in the UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing

•
Own UAE growth P&L and all business metrics, from growing acquisition and activation numbers, to direct bottom-line numbers.

Define and execute the UAE growth strategy aligned with global OKX priorities.

•
Own all acquisition channels: paid, affiliates/KOLs, influencers, referrals, partnerships, and offline/experiential.

•
Drive activation and retention: early-life journeys, DAT recovery, lifecycle monetization, persona-based growth.

•
Scale the different user cohorts in partnership with all the business teams.

•
Lead data-driven experimentation: dashboards, funnels, test-and-learn, fast scale/kill decisions.

•
Lead UAE growth cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Marketing, BD, and Global Growth.

•
Lead a well-established growth team with clear ownership, targets, and execution standards.

What We Look For In You

•
7–10 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or user strategy roles in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms.

•
Comfortable operating at both strategy and hands-on execution levels.

•
Past experience in the crypto industry is preferred.

•
Strong analytical foundation; fluent in using data to shape business strategy.

•
Track record of designing and scaling user-centric programs or initiatives.

•
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

•
Strategic thinker who enjoys building structure, insights, and partnerships that deliver measurable results.

•
Fluent in English; Arabic a strong plus.
