Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career as part of our comprehensive 24-month graduate development program. You will work alongside industry experts and experienced mentors who are committed to supporting your professional growth and equipping you with the skills to make a meaningful impact on our organization and the nation. This role offers structured learning, hands-on project experience, and a clear pathway to becoming a future leader in project management.
- Coordinate and support the management of less complex projects under the supervision of senior Project Managers or Regional Managers
- Assist in managing projects with limited geographic scope or those involving localized services
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or opportunities in a proactive manner
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- Coordinate with team members across disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
- Assist in analyzing project data and developing solutions to optimize project performance
- Support the mentoring and guidance of less experienced team members as you develop your expertise
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share innovative ideas with the team
Qualifications
- UAE National with a valid family book (required)
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discapline
- Fresh graduate between 2024 to 2026
- 0 to 1 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze situations and develop practical solutions
- Strong time management and planning capabilities
- Proactive approach to learning and professional development
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success
- Ability to work effectively under supervision while demonstrating initiative and accountability
