Job Description

We're looking for a talented Graduate Electrical Engineer-UAE National to join our dynamic engineering team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to launch a rewarding career in electrical engineering. You will work on diverse projects involving electrical system design, analysis, and implementation while developing your technical expertise in a collaborative and professional environment.

• Design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems and components using industry-standard software and tools
• Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, drawings, and reports with precision and clarity
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support project execution and delivery
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
• Monitor and maintain organized project records, documentation, and technical files
• Support the implementation of electrical solutions from design phase through commissioning
• Identify and resolve technical issues through analytical problem-solving and systematic approaches

Qualifications

• UAE National (mandatory requirement)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems
• Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or ETAP
• Solid understanding of circuit analysis and electrical theory
• Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Organized approach to managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Practical engineering experience through internships, graduate programs, or entry-level positions
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with industry standards and electrical safety protocols (preferred)
