Job Purpose
To identify and engage potential fleet and corporate clients whose vehicle requirements align with the company’s product portfolio. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential fleet and corporate customers whose vehicle requirements align with the company’s product portfolio, with the objective of establishing and nurturing long-term business relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain strong brand recall and convert interest into sales when vehicle requirements arise.
• Promote and sell vehicles in line with available stock, ensuring alignment between customer needs and inventory availability.
• Deliver professional product presentations and facilitate test drives to enhance customer understanding and experience.
• Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and configurations that best meet their operational and business needs.
• Present appropriate finance and insurance solutions in coordination with company-approved banks and service providers.
• Upsell value-added products such as Finance & Insurance (F&I), accessories, and service contracts to maximise customer value and satisfaction.
• Participate in tender processes for government and private sector opportunities by preparing competitive pricing, commercial terms, and required documentation in collaboration with the Fleet Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits, calls, and interactions, ensuring achievement of assigned KPIs and sales targets.
• Manage and regularly update the customer database while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), vehicle deliveries, and accurate documentation.
• Liaise with the service department to ensure prompt resolution of after-sales concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to provide insights into competitor activities and support business strategy.
• Maintain and grow key customer accounts through consistent engagement, relationship management, and monthly performance reviews.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification obtained through an automotive vocational training programme.
Work Experience
• 3–5 years’ experience in fleet sales within the GCC market.
Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Languages
• Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
