Job Purpose
The Fleet Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and engaging corporate customers to achieve fleet sales targets. The role focuses on promoting vehicles and related products, delivering tailored mobility solutions, managing tender submissions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales through to after-sales support.
Job Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned fleet sales targets by identifying and approaching corporate and fleet customers whose requirements align with the company’s product range, and by building strong business relationships to generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to remain top of mind when their vehicle requirements arise.
• Promote and sell vehicles in line with available stock.
• Conduct test drives and deliver professional product presentations to customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs and propose suitable transportation solutions in terms of product mix and model mix.
• Offer financial solutions in line with company-approved banks and insurance providers.
• Promote and sell F&I products, accessories, and service contracts.
• Participate in and submit tender proposals issued by government and private organisations, including preparing pricing, terms, and documentation under the guidance of the Fleet Sales Manager to ensure a competitive and compliant offering.
• Prepare and maintain daily visit and call reports, and achieve KPIs related to weekly and monthly customer visits.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute to the development of a strong prospect list.
• Coordinate timely PDI and delivery of vehicles, ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and complete at the time of delivery.
• Liaise with the service division to address after-sales enquiries and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to monitor market trends, stay ahead of competitors, and align offerings with customer needs.
• Build and maintain key accounts on a monthly basis.
Educational Qualifications
• Degree in any discipline or completion of an automotive vocational qualification.
Work Experience
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in fleet sales within the GCC market.
Competencies
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Dynamic, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Sound knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or relevant work experience
Languages
• Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English
